System Prompt

Your AI assistant's behavior is shaped by its system prompt — a set of instructions that define how it responds. You can customize this on your server's Configure page.

What to Include

• Personality: Formal, casual, technical, friendly — set the tone
• Domain knowledge: Tell it about your business, role, or area of expertise
• Response format: Bullet points, detailed paragraphs, concise answers
• Language preferences: Respond in specific languages or mix them
• Boundaries: Topics to avoid or handle carefully

Example

You are a helpful business assistant for a small marketing agency.
Respond in a professional but friendly tone.
When discussing strategy, always consider budget constraints.
Format action items as numbered lists.
Default language: English. Switch to Russian if the user writes in Russian.

Knowledge Files

You can upload documents that your AI assistant uses as reference material:

1. Go to Uploads in your dashboard
2. Upload PDFs, text files, or documents
3. Your assistant will use these as context when answering questions

Supported formats: .pdf, .txt, .md, .csv, .json

Multi-Model Configuration

With an OpenRouter API key, you can configure which AI model handles your conversations:

• Claude — best for nuanced reasoning and long-form writing
• Kimi K2.5 — fast responses for quick queries

Model selection is configured through your server's settings page.

Updating Instructions

Changes to your system prompt take effect immediately — no server restart required. Just save the new instructions and send a new message in Telegram.
