Pricing details, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellation policy
Plans
MyClaw offers three plans, each running on a dedicated Hetzner Cloud VPS:

All plans include: one-click deployment, security hardening, automatic updates, dedicated European VPS, and Telegram integration.
API Costs
MyClaw does not markup or proxy your AI API usage. You pay API providers (Anthropic, OpenRouter) directly using your own keys. We only charge for infrastructure and management.
Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Payments are processed securely — we never see or store your card details.
Upgrading
To upgrade your plan:
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Select a higher plan
- The price difference is prorated for the current billing period
- Your server is migrated to a more powerful VPS automatically
Downgrading
Downgrading works similarly but takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Your current resources remain available until then.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime:
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Your server continues running until the end of the current billing period
- After that, the server is decommissioned and data is deleted
Refunds
We offer a full refund within the first 7 days if you're not satisfied. Contact support to request a refund.
