Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MyClaw platform (myclaw.to), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service.

2. Service Description

MyClaw provides a managed hosting service for OpenClaw, an open-source AI assistant framework. We provision a dedicated virtual private server (VPS) on Hetzner Cloud infrastructure, install and configure OpenClaw, and connect it to your Telegram account. We handle server setup, security hardening, monitoring, and software updates.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. API Keys

To use the service, you must provide your own third-party API keys (e.g., Anthropic, OpenRouter, Telegram Bot Token). You are solely responsible for:

• Obtaining valid API keys from the respective providers.
• Complying with the terms of service of each API provider.
• Any costs incurred through your API usage.

We encrypt your API keys at rest and use them solely to configure your OpenClaw instance. We do not access, monitor, or log your AI conversations.

5. Billing & Payment

Subscription fees are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• Your service remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• Your dedicated VPS and all associated data are permanently deleted after the billing period ends.
• No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.

We recommend exporting any data you wish to keep before your service is terminated.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Engage in any illegal activity or violate applicable laws.
• Send spam, phishing messages, or unsolicited communications.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful software.
• Abuse server resources beyond the limits of your plan.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other systems or networks.
• Harass, threaten, or harm other individuals.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability and reliability. However, MyClaw is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee any specific uptime percentage or service level agreement (SLA). Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure issues, or force majeure events may result in temporary service interruptions.

9. Intellectual Property

OpenClaw is open-source software distributed under its own license. The MyClaw platform, including its website, branding, user interface, and proprietary tooling, is the intellectual property of MyClaw. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyClaw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or if continued provision of the service becomes impractical. In the event of termination for cause, no refund will be provided.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Cyprus.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice on our platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
