• Provision and manage your dedicated VPS and OpenClaw deployment.
• Process payments and manage your subscription via Stripe.

4. Third-Party Services

We work with the following third-party providers:

• Stripe: Payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs how they handle your billing data.
• Hetzner Cloud: Infrastructure provider for dedicated VPS hosting. Servers are located in EU data centers (Germany and Finland).

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party.

Your data is stored on EU-based Hetzner servers and is protected by:

• Encryption at rest for all sensitive data, including API keys.
• TLS/HTTPS encryption for all data in transit.
• Firewall rules and fail2ban intrusion prevention on all provisioned servers.
• Regular security updates applied automatically.

All infrastructure is hosted within the European Union, ensuring compliance with GDPR data residency requirements.

• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
